Discoverer of genetic principle for antibody diversity——Susumu Tonegawa

Abstract: Susumu Tonegawa is a Japanese molecular biologist who won the Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine in 1987 for his discovery of "the genetic principle for generation of antibody diversity". Susumu Tonegawa is also famous for his important contributions on neuroscience, who explored the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying learning and memory. In this article, the life and research on Susumu Tonegawa was introduced.
