摘要: 植物碱性亮氨酸拉链(bZIP)蛋白在高等植物中广泛存在,对基因表达与调控起重要作用.本文简要介绍了植物bZIP蛋白的结构之后,概述了植物bZIP蛋白的分类和分布.最后,以模式植物、主要农作物及蔬菜等为例,对它们的同源性进行了详细的描述和分析。
Abstract:Plant basic leucine zipper(bZIP)proteins exist widely in higher plants and play an important role in the expression and regulation of their genes.After their structures are introduced simply,the classification and distribution of plant bZIP proteins are outlined.Finally,we take model plants,main crops,vegetables etc.as examples and give a minute description and analyses on their homology.
