Advance in Researches on BRCA1

摘要: BRCA1是目前所发现的最重要的乳腺癌易感基因之一,它在DNA损伤修复,细胞周期调节,基因的转录激活,染色质稳定性,细胞增殖等方面都起着重要作用。本文着重介绍近几年来BRCA1基础研究方面的进展,并讨论BRCA1在肿瘤发生、发展过程的作用。为BRCA1在临床上的应用提供理论依据。Abstract:BRCA1 is one of the most important breast cancer susceptibility genes. It plays key roles in DNA damage repair, cell cycle checkpoint regulation, gene transcription chromatin stability, and cell proliferation. In this paper, advance in basic researches on BRCA1 is reviewed , and the role of BRCA1 in cancer development and progression is discussed, that may facilitate potential clinical application of BRCA1.
