小议2010国内外生命科学重要进展

摘要

转眼间,科学发展已经伴随着人类历史的脚步走过了21世纪的第一个10年。在过去的几年中,科学技术的不断进步,尤其是生命科学领域的诸多突破性进展向自然充分展示了人类的智慧与创造力,譬如人类和其他生物全基因组的测定,非编码RNA基因调控的发现,诱导多能干细胞技术的建立等。仅在刚刚过去的2010年,就有许多令人振奋的生命科学进展,可谓突破迭出。美国权威杂志Science在2010年12月17日选出并公布了“2010年十大科学突破”,包括:量子机械、人造细胞、尼安德特人基因组、下一世代的基因组学、RNA的细胞重编程、外显子测序、量子模拟器、分子动力学模拟、大鼠的回归、HIV的预防等。其中就有8项涉及生命科学领域。
