植入期胚胎与子宫内膜互作分子信号研究进展

摘要: 胚胎植入是胚胎定向粘附并侵入母体子宫内膜的过程,需要处于容受期的子宫内膜与功能正常胚胎的交流互作。在植入过程中,胚胎与子宫内膜高效的分子交流是胚胎植入的基础与前提。本文主要综述了胚胎与子宫内膜在植入期互作过程的主要信号分子,并归纳了当前胚胎与子宫内膜交流互作的主要研究方法。通过对胚胎-子宫内膜交流对话的深入解析,有望为反复植入失败及复发性流产患者提供新的干预靶点,为提高临床植入率和改善妊娠结局提供理论依据与治疗策略。

Abstract:

Embryo implantation involves directed embryonic adhesion to and invasion of the maternal endometrium, requiring interactions between the receptive endometrium and the competent embryo. Efficient and temporally regulated molecular crosstalk between these two partners serves as the cornerstone of successful implantation. In this review, we outline the major signaling molecules mediating embryo-endometrial crosstalk during the implantation phase and summarize current experimental approaches for exploring their interactions. Explaining this molecular dialog is expected to supply new intervention targets for patients with recurrent implantation failure and recurrent miscarriage, ultimately providing a theoretical foundation and therapeutic avenues to enhance clinical implantation rate and pregnancy outcomes.
