摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文对单纯性先天上睑下垂一家系的5代20例进行了调查。通过系谱分析，认为该病符合常染色体显性遗传，系因基因突变而引起提上睑肌功能不全所致，需通过整形手术而矫正。
Abstract：A report on 20 cases in five generations of a family with simple congenital ptosis was studied. The result of pedigree analysis showed that it was compatible with a autosomal dominant inhteritance.
