摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为探讨小鼠遗传背景的多态性,我们采用PCR-SSP技术对60只昆明种（KM）小鼠的H2Eb位点第二个外显子的等位基因进行鉴定，得到78个PCR阳性结果，共检出65%的等位基因且43.3%小鼠此位点的基因型相同。KM小鼠具有一定程度的遗传多态性。
Abstract:To explore the diversity of genetic background in Kunming (KM) mice,technique of Polymerase Chain Reaction-Sequence Specific Primer (PCR-SSP) was employed to determine the alleles of the 2nd exon on H2Eb in 60 mice.Seventy-eight positive PCR results have been obtained,that is,65% of alleles were determined and 43.3% of these mice were identical on this locus in genotype.This study，to some extent，revealed the genetic diversity in KM mice.
