Review on Hrp Genes of Plant Pathogenic Bacteria

摘要: hrp基因存在于4类革兰氏阴性植物病原细菌中,决定病原细菌对寄主植物致病性和诱导非寄主及抗病植物过敏性反应。本文从hrp基因族,hrp基因avr基因的关系,hrp基因的编码产物harpin蛋白,hrp基因调控与功能以及hrp基因参与植物-细菌互作等几个方面,较为详细地阐述了当前植物病原细菌hrp基因的研究状况,并分析了hrp基因未来研究的趋势。

Abstract: The hrp genes exist in 4 kinds of Gram-negative plant pathogenic bacteria and are responsible for the pathogenicity of bacteria. They can induce hypersensitive response on non-host and resistant plants. In the present paper, we summarized the hrp genes clusters, the relationship between hrp and avr genes, harpin proteins encoded by hrp genes, modulation and function of hrp genes, and plant-bacteria interactions mediated by hrp genes in more details. Moreover, trends in future research of plant pathogenic bacteria hrp genes have also been analyzed.
