摘要: Parthanatos是发生在中风、帕金森氏病、心力衰竭、糖尿病以及缺血再灌注损伤等疾病中的一种细胞死亡。该死亡是由兴奋性中毒引起的DNA损伤, 进一步导致PARP-1激活而引发的细胞死亡, 又称为PARP-1依赖性细胞死亡。目前关于Parthanatos的研究还处于初期阶段, 对其信号通路的分子机制说法还不统一。文章就Parthanatos分子机制的研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract: Parthanatos is a form of cell death, which often occurs in many diseases such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, heart attack, diabetes, and ischemia reperfusion injury. In a cell, the activation of PARP-1 caused by excitotoxicity leads to Parthanatos, which is also known as PARP-1-dependent cell death. There are multiple cell signaling pathways involved in the process of Parthanatos, which have not been fully understood. The main focus of this article is underlying molecular mechanisms of Parthanatos.
