摘要: 单链构象多态性(SSCP)能够快速、灵敏地检测基因的点突变,其应用范围日益扩大。本文重点综述了其在昆虫学研究中的作用。
bstract:Single-strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP) can detect point mutation quickly and sensitively and its scope of application is enlarged everyday.In this paper,its important roles in entomology are summarized.
