摘要: 基因工程学是生命科学相关专业重要的专业基础课。该课程的教学质量将直接影响学生的专业素质和创新能力的培养。文章根据近年来在基因工程学教学的实践中积累的经验和体会, 对教学内容和教学方式进行了探索和改进, 以提高理论教学质量和效果, 争取达到培养应用型人才和高级基础研究型人才的目的。

Abstract: Genetic Engineering is an important specialized basic course for the students majoring in life sciences. The quality of teaching is directly related to the students' professional quality and innovation ability. In order to improve the teaching quatity and train advanced biotechnical students, we made some reforms to the contents and teaching methods of Genetic Engineering according to the experience accumulated in recent years.
