摘要: 基因组学是现代生命科学“组学”理论体系和研究方法中的核心, 其教学存在内容多、难点多、进展快、对英文基础和前修课程知识要求高等特点。作者根据自身教学实践提出了适于生物科学本科专业教学的课程体系和经验体会, 强调通过启发式思考题和小组讨论、创新实验、多媒体素材、双语习题等方式提升学生的学习自主性和课堂互动性。

Abstract: Genomics is the core subject of “omics” theories and research methods in modern life science. Teaching of genomics has characteristics such as more content, more difficult points, higher demands on English and comprehensive expertise etc. We proposed the course system established for Genomics and summarized some experiences based on our teaching practice that emphasizes on increasing the study autonomy and course interactivity by group study on stimulating questions, innovative experiment, multi-media materials, and bilingual exercises etc.
