杜洛克猪与甘肃黑猪杂交后代染色体遗传变异的特征

Influence of Infusion of Duroc Blood on Characteristics of Chromosomes in Gansu Black Pig

摘要: 将杜洛克猪血液导入甘肃黑猪后能使其发生染色体遗传变异。甘肃黑猪Ⅱ系的1、6、7、13号染色体的条比值较Ⅰ系略高,而且个体间变异较大,这表明导入外血的Ⅱ系纯合度比Ⅰ系差一些;导入外血使甘肃黑猪染色体次缢痕发生变异,甘肃黑猪Ⅰ、Ⅱ系平均每个细胞Ag-NOR数在1~4之间,两品系均数差异显著,这表明两个品系在rRNA基因转录活性上有差别。

Abstract: The variation of chromosomes of Gansu Black pig was caused by infusion of Duroc blood.The chromosome length ratios of No.1,6,7,13 chromosomes in the line Ⅰof Gansu Black pig were higher than those in the line Ⅱ.It showed that the homogeneity in lineⅠwas higher than in lineⅡ.The number of Ag-staining nucleolus organizers (Ag-NOR) was between 1~4 in the line ⅠandⅡ,the average No.of Ag-NOR was different obviously between the line Ⅰand the line Ⅱ.This indicated that the activity of translation in rRNA in the line Ⅰwas different in the lineⅡ.
