摘要: 鳉鱼Tol2转座子作为hAT(hobo/Activayor/Tam3)转座子家族中的一员,是目前所发现的唯一的天然存在且有转座活性的脊椎动物转座子。本文从Tol2转座子的结构,转座机制和应用方面作一个综述。

Abstract: The Tol2 transposable element from the medaka fish belongs to the hAT(hobo/Activayor/Tam3) family of transposons. It is the only transposon that is active in vertebrate. The research progresses of Tol2 element in its structure , transposition transposition mechanisms and applications are reviewed.
